Terms of Service

By creating an account you agree to these terms. TourVilo is a business tool for travel agencies. You must be 18 or over and use it for your agency's legitimate business.

• Keep your account information accurate and up to date.
• Safeguard your login credentials — you're responsible for activity under your account.
• You are responsible for collecting your customers' data lawfully and having the right to store it in TourVilo.

• New agencies get a 30-day free trial. No card required.
• Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly, in advance, by bank transfer.
• Bank transfers are verified manually before your subscription activates.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
• We may change prices with 30 days' notice before your next renewal.

Don't use TourVilo for unlawful content, don't resell or sublicense the service, and don't abuse it in ways that harm the platform or other users. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

We aim for high uptime and schedule maintenance to minimise disruption, with notice where we can. The Starter plan does not include a formal service-level agreement (SLA).

You can export your data at any time as CSV or Excel, and your documents as PDF. If your subscription expires, your workspace becomes read-only so you can still view and export everything. Data is deleted 90 days after expiry or a deletion request.

We own the TourVilo platform, software and brand. You own your data and your agency's branding. Nothing here transfers ownership of your content to us.

TourVilo is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You can stop using TourVilo at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. On termination, you keep the right to export your data during the read-only and retention period.

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and disputes are subject to the courts of Sri Lanka.
