Step-by-Step Guide
Create Itinerary Shell
Go to Sales & Quotations → Itineraries and click '+ New Itinerary'. Enter destination, title, and day count.
Populate Day 1 (Arrival)
Add arrival flight details, private airport transfer, check-in at the hotel, and welcome dinner.
Add Chronological Activities
For each subsequent day, click '+ Add Activity'. Select time of day (Morning, Afternoon, Evening) and write brief descriptions.
Set Status to 'Published'
Publishing makes the itinerary immediately selectable when building quotations.
