Step-by-Step Guide
Go to Team Management
Navigate to Team & Admin → Team in the sidebar navigation.
Click '+ Invite Team Member'
Enter the employee's full name, email address, and initial role (Admin or Member).
Configure Module Access Flags
Check or uncheck specific modules (e.g. grant access to Leads, Quotations, and Bookings, but toggle off Finance and Settings).
Send Invitation
TourVilo dispatches an invitation link allowing the employee to create their password and sign in immediately.
