What is this?
Agency Settings defines your global operating configuration. Information saved here populates the header of every quotation PDF, the footer of every customer invoice, and establishes the timezone used to calculate follow-up reminder alerts.
Step-by-Step Guide

Open Agency Settings
Navigate to Team & Admin → Settings.

Verify Company Profile
Upload your high-resolution PNG logo, legal agency registration name, tax ID number, and customer support phone.

Set Operating Currency & Timezone
Select your primary currency (e.g. USD, LKR, EUR, GBP) and your agency's geographic timezone (e.g. Asia/Colombo, Asia/Dubai).
